Audrey is Chair of the Project Development & Finance Practice and a member of the Energy & Sustainability Practice. With more than two decades of experience navigating energy projects from all sides, Audrey takes a pragmatic and disciplined approach to energy projects. She has seen projects through their life cycles from concept to construction, through financing, operation and maintenance, and beyond the expiration of long-term agreements. Her extensive experience with power projects spans a variety of assets including solar, wind, storage, hydropower, geothermal, and fossil fuels.

With a passion for renewable power and an understanding of the big picture and careful attention to the details, Audrey ensures efficient and effective execution for successful financing and long-term project viability. The clients she counsels include developers, sponsors, suppliers, investors, off-takers, and contractors throughout the United States.  Audrey is committed to providing outstanding legal support on schedule and within budget.
