Four Mintz Attorneys Named To Benchmark Litigation’s 40 & Under 2023

BOSTON, NEW YORK, and WASHINGTON, DC – Mintz is pleased to announce that four of its attorneys have been recognized in Benchmark Litigation’s 2023 “40 and Under Hot List,” which ranks attorneys aged 40 or younger who have been deemed the most promising rising talent in their respective litigation communities by peers and clients. 

Mintz attorneys in Benchmark Litigation’s 2023 “40 and Under Hot List” include:

  • Jacob Hupart’s practice encompasses complex commercial litigation, including cases involving securities, employment, and environmental claims, as well as class action litigation, white collar criminal defense, and regulatory investigations. He has extensive experience representing clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, energy, education, and the media.
  • Emily Kanstroom Musgrave is Co-Chair of the firm’s Appellate Practice Group. She leads clients through the appellate process, designing a successful appellate strategy, drafting briefs, and preparing for oral arguments. She also assists clients with amicus curiae submissions, including to the U.S. Supreme Court. Working as a litigator both at the trial and appellate phases, her practice focuses on complex commercial litigation across a variety of areas, including contract disputes, securities litigation and government investigations.
  • Rebecca Raphaelson has represented property owners, developers, and general contractors in construction disputes in the public and private sectors. She has experience counseling clients on contract formation, project delays, terminations, mechanics’ liens, and defective work. Ms. Raphaelson has also drafted and negotiated general contractor and architect agreements, subcontracts, consultant agreements, construction management agreements, and other project-related documents. She has extensive experience with both AIA and custom construction forms and is effective in reaching consensus on critical contract language to mitigate risk for her clients.
  • Todd Rosenbaum, Co-Chair of the firm’s Class Action Practice, maintains a diverse litigation practice, encompassing a wide range of general commercial litigation, securities litigation, white collar criminal defense, and government enforcement matters, as well as internal investigations. His specialties include close corporation disputes and class action defense. Mr. Rosenbaum has been an integral member of teams representing clients at the trial and appellate court levels, as well as in domestic arbitration.
