Mintz Member Scott Lashway Named to Cybersecurity Docket’s 2025 “Incident Response 50” List

Cybersecurity Docket has named Mintz Privacy & Cybersecurity Practice Co-chair, Scott Lashway to its “Incident Response 50” list for 2025. This list recognizes the global best cybersecurity and data breach response lawyers, considered the “first call” for companies that suddenly find themselves the victims of a data breach.
William Hill, Co-chair of Mintz's Construction Practice Group, has been recognized as a 2025 Go-To Construction Lawyer by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly, marking his second time receiving the honor after first being recognized in 2023. The award spotlights top construction lawyers across Massachusetts who demonstrate leadership in the legal industry, a strong record of success, and are referred to by their peers for their expertise and accomplishments.
Mintz Member Daniel Cody shared insights with Law360 Healthcare Authority on the DOJ’s recent affirmation of its support for the False Claims Act’s qui tam provisions.
