Susan Berson and Brent Henry Recognized as Health Care Trailblazers by the National Law Journal

Mintz’s cross-border Life Sciences practice has been shortlisted in multiple categories in the LMG Life Sciences Awards 2024 Americas. Winners will be announced on September 5th. 

Mintz announced that Members Fred Hernandez and Ken Jenkins were named 2024 “Leaders of Influence in Life Sciences” by San Diego Business Journal (SDBJ) which recognizes individuals who are making significant contributions to the advancement of science, healthcare, and innovation in San Diego. 

Member Charles Samuels was quoted by The Bond Buyer in an article about pending legislation that would limit the issuance of tax-exempt municipal bonds from states with “school choice laws.”

Venture Capital & Emerging Companies Co-Chair Jeremy Glaser spoke with the San Diego Business Journal about trends in the VC market in the San Diego tech space this year. The awards recognize attorneys and firms in Connecticut, Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Rhode Island. The winner will be announced on September 26.
