Aaron focuses his practice on private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. He has experience representing private equity firms and public and private companies in acquisitions and other transactions. He also works with companies in a wide variety of industries, including technology.
Prior to joining Mintz, Aaron was an international support lawyer in the Munich office of a London-based global law firm, where he advised private equity firms and corporations on transactional matters.
While attending law school, Aaron had internships with the Honorable Jennifer Choe-Groves of the US Court of International Trade, at the US Securities and Exchange Commission’s Division of Enforcement in New York, and in the Legal & Compliance Department of a German global financial services company. He was also a law clerk in the Hamburg office of a St. Louis–based global law firm and a research analyst in the London office of an international law firm based in Germany.
