Adam counsels public and private clients on debt finance, general corporate, and securities law matters.
Prior to joining Mintz, Adam was an associate in the Boston office of another international law firm, where his practice included advising clients on debt finance transactions and bankruptcy law. While in law school, Adam served as a judicial intern for the Bankruptcy Court of the Eastern District of Michigan and helped found the Michigan Journal of Private Equity and Venture Capital Law.
Before he earned his law degree, Adam negotiated and managed retail leases for a national casual apparel chain.
