Alan focuses his practice on general corporate and securities law, corporate governance, and compliance matters for public companies in a variety of industries. He has experience in preparing a broad range of corporate securities filings and documents, including proxy statements and Section 16 filings. He has also drafted governance documents and assisted with internal investigations.
Prior to joining Mintz, Alan was a corporate attorney in the public company advisory practice at a New York-based international law firm, where he worked on a variety of SEC, regulatory, and compliance matters.
While attending law school, he was a legal intern to the assistant general counsel in the torts division of the New York City Transit Authority litigation department. He also served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Leon Ruchelsman of the Supreme Court of the State of New York.
In law school, Alan served as a member of the Fordham Journal of Corporate & Financial Law and received the Archibald R. Murray Public Service Award.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Talmudic Law degree from Yeshiva Shaar Hatorah Talmudic Research Institute.
