Arieanna concentrates her practice on corporate transactions, including mergers & acquisitions and financings, as well as corporate and securities law. She works with public and private companies across a variety of industries, including life sciences, technology, and financial services.

Arieanna originally joined Mintz as a Summer Associate, during which time she worked on private equity transactions, drafted transfer and nondisclosure agreements for clean energy clients, and participated in a simulated M&A negotiation. Before returning to Mintz as an Associate, Arieanna completed an internship in the Enforcement Division of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where she drafted motions for federal court filings and prepared memoranda on securities laws and civil procedure.

Arieanna earned her JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where she was awarded multiple scholarships. During law school, she was an active member of the Black Law Student Association and served as a 1L Representative for the Georgetown Law Texas Club. Prior to law school, she earned a BS, with honors, in political science from Texas A&M University.

Arieanna is based in the Boston office.
