Ashley counsels public and private investors, operators, and developers in a broad range of complex commercial real estate transactions, including asset and portfolio acquisitions and dispositions, property development, management arrangements, leasing, and financing matters. Her practice spans a variety of asset classes, with an emphasis on industrial, medical, life sciences, senior living and hospitality properties. Clients value Ashley’s “user-friendly” approach and ability to think strategically from a business perspective.  

Prior to joining Mintz, Ashley was a partner with a prominent Chicago-based law firm, where she worked with clients to optimize commercial real estate transactions involving income-producing properties. Earlier, Ashley worked as an associate for two other international law firms in based in Chicago. 

In law school, Ashley served as senior editor of the Journal of International Law and Business and as president of the Real Property, Trusts & Estates Law Society. Before entering the legal profession, she spent several years working as a research analyst for the leading provider of commercial real estate data and analytics.”
