Carolyn leads Mintz’s business development team and is responsible for all strategic growth and client development initiatives across practice and industry groups.
Prior to her current position, Carolyn served as the Senior Business Development Manager for Mintz’s Litigation Practice. In this role, she launched the formation of practice groups, developed multiple thought leadership programs designed to generate sales leads, and created new collateral and sales tools for 10+ business units. She was also tapped by firm management to spearhead the firm’s talent acquisition and integration efforts.
Carolyn is particularly focused on the intersection between business development and recruiting, and has written and presented on this topic for various legal industry groups.
Before joining Mintz, Carolyn was Director of Practice Group Administration and Director of Professional Recruiting at Brown Rudnick LLP. She also served as Director of Marketing at Devine Millimet & Branch P.A. in New Hampshire. Prior to entering the legal market, Carolyn worked in the professional services sector in marketing and information research roles.
