Carolyn leads Mintz’s national Business Development team and is responsible for driving and supporting all marketing activity tied to client development, retention, and growth. She generates enthusiasm for the vision set by Mintz’s management team and operationalizes the strategy to execute successfully. Additionally, Carolyn focuses on: developing Mintz’s network of referral law firms around the world; running key account client teams; conducting client satisfaction interviews; coaching and training on business development for associates and partners; and working with firm leadership to manage high-priority business development initiatives.
Prior to her current position, Carolyn served as the business development lead for Mintz’s Litigation Practice. She was also tapped by firm management to spearhead Mintz’s talent acquisition and integration efforts.
Carolyn has worked in professional services firms (legal and consulting) for over 20 years and held positions focused on marketing and business development, practice management, recruiting and HR, and library and information management. She has spoken at various marketing conferences on topics such as client development and key account management, personal branding, lateral partner hiring and integration, and client satisfaction.
