Carolyn is a member of the firm’s executive leadership team and is responsible for all facets of Mintz’s marketing and business development activities, including strategic planning, client development, feedback facilitation, public relations, content creation and distribution, and internal and external communications. Carolyn and her teams work collaboratively with the attorneys to promote Mintz’s differentiating strengths and capabilities and commitment to exceptional client service.
Carolyn has worked in professional services firms (legal and consulting) for over 20 years and held positions focused on marketing and sales, practice management, recruiting and HR, and knowledge management. She has spoken at various marketing conferences on topics related to client development and key account management, personal branding, lateral partner hiring and integration, and client satisfaction.
