Christopher focuses his practice on patent litigation for the life sciences sector, with an emphasis on matters involving biologic drugs. He has experience with all phases of litigation, including drafting briefs, working with expert witnesses, and developing non-infringement and invalidity arguments.

Prior to joining Mintz, Christopher was an associate in the Litigation Department of an international law firm, where he provided support on a broad range of patent cases. He also previously worked at a biotechnology company where he used bioinformatics tools for early-stage drug development research.

While earning his JD, Christopher interned in the compliance department of a medical aesthetics company. In law school, he served on the editorial board of the Virginia Journal of Law and Technology and placed third in the Virginia State Bar’s Health Law Section Student Writing Competition for his paper on the disposition of pre-embryos.
