
Cyrus focuses his practice on corporate transactions and general corporate matters. He works with public and private companies across a variety of industries, including financial services and technology.
While earning his JD, Cyrus served as a legal extern for the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, where he conducted legal research and drafted memoranda, briefs, and regulatory proposals. He also worked as a law clerk at a New York law firm, drafting, amending, and filing equity purchase agreements, articles of merger, articles of incorporation, and limited liability operating agreements. Cyrus also contributed as a staff editor of the New York Law Review and served as a research and teaching assistant.
Prior to law school, Cyrus worked as a Legal Research Analyst at Mintz, performing high-level litigation analysis to support client acquisition and retention efforts.
