
Dan focuses his practice on general corporate and securities law matters, representing both private and public companies.
Prior to joining the firm, he served in the U.S. Army JAG Corps, where he was an assistant counsel for legislation, fiscal, and general law with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. In that role, he handled legal, contractual, and regulatory matters around military construction, government contracting, legislative drafting, and renewable energy development. He also served as a Military Social Aide at the White House under President Barack Obama.
While in law school, he was a Note Editor for the Boston College International and Comparative Law Review.
