Danielle is a litigator who represents companies and academic institutions in high-stakes commercial litigation and antitrust matters in federal and state courts. She has represented universities, health plans and other insurers, food & beverage companies, and other clients in matters involving international asset investigations, recovery, and judgment enforcement, commercial real estate litigation, cyber security/breach of contract litigation, employment-related litigation, customer solicitation and trade secret disputes, and antitrust litigation and arbitration.
Prior to joining the firm, Danielle was an associate in the Los Angeles office of an international law firm, where she managed complex civil cases at all phases of litigation. In law school, Danielle served as executive senior editor and contributed a note to the Southern California Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Danielle worked as a policy advisor for a county board of supervisors in the Southern California region. In that capacity, Danielle focused on developing and guiding regional programs and policies and investigating and implementing pragmatic solutions for issues facing local governments and the community at large.
