David advises clients on a wide range of litigation matters.
While attending law school, David served as an extern with NYU School of Law’s Policing Project and a legal intern with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg County Public Defender’s Office in Charlotte, North Carolina. In law school, he served as managing editor for development and staff editor for the New York University Journal of Legislation and Public Policy and received the Thomas Stoddard Award for outstanding contribution by a graduating editor. He was also a Robert McKay Scholar — and received the Leonard J. Schreier Memorial Prize for academic excellence in the field of ethics.
He also participated in the school’s Criminal Defense and Reentry Clinic and worked as a research assistant for a professor, assisting with his studies involving constitutional law, civil procedure, and democracy.
Before attending law school, David served as the executive director of a summer stock theater company.
