Dylan is a registered patent agent with a background in physics. He concentrates his practice on prosecuting US and international patent applications for innovations related to medical devices, software, semiconductors, computer memory technology, and communications systems, among other technologies. His practice also encompasses due diligence, freedom to operate, and patentability analyses, assisting with inter partes reviews, and providing support for IP litigation.

Prior to joining Mintz, Dylan worked as a technical advisor at two global law firms, where he prosecuted patents and assisted with ITC cases, litigation in federal district courts, and post-grant proceedings at the US Patent and Trademark Office.
