Erica focuses her practice on a variety of litigation matters across industries. Erica also has an extensive pro bono practice that includes representing clients in matters related to immigration, civil rights, restraining orders, and non-profit organizations. Erica was recognized for this work with a Civil Rights Pro Bono Award from the Lawyers’ Committee for Civil Rights and Economic Justice.
Erica rejoined the firm after having been a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2015. Prior to rejoining the firm, Erica served as the editor-in-chief of the Boston College Journal of Law & Social Justice at Boston College Law School, where she earned her degree. As a student at Boston College Law School, Erica was awarded the Richard G. Huber Award for Scholarship and Leadership in Extra- and Co-Curricular Activities, the Public Interest Designation fellowship, and was one of ten national winners of the Bloomberg Law Write-on Competition.
While in law school, Erica gained experience as a Rappaport Fellow in Law and Public Policy at the Office of Boston City Councilor-At-Large Michelle Wu and as an intern at the Victim Rights Law Center. Prior to law school, Erica worked in administration for health and life sciences focused non-profit organizations.
