Erin is a transaction attorney with a broad range of experience handling public finance matters and corporate transactions, including bond issuances, equity and debt financings, and structured finance transactions.
Since joining Mintz in 2023, Erin has developed in-depth public finance experience, serving on the firm’s teams acting as bond counsel, borrower’s counsel, disclosure counsel, issuer’s counsel, and underwriter’s counsel representing a variety of governmental, quasi-governmental and non-profit sector clients including matters related to transportation, education, health care, affordable housing, project finance, water, and wastewater. Some examples include:
- Served on bond counsel and/or disclosure counsel teams for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts in connection with its issuances of general obligation bonds funding a variety of its capital projects
- Served on bond counsel, agency counsel, or underwriters’ counsel teams for Massachusetts Development Finance Agency bond issuances financing various capital projects for institutions of higher education, hospitals and other non-profit institutions
- Served on bond counsel or underwriters’ counsel teams for single-family and multifamily revenue bond financings by the Massachusetts Housing Finance Agency, supporting affordable housing initiatives
Served on bond counsel team for revenue bond financings for the Massachusetts Educational Financing Authority
Prior to joining Mintz, Erin was a transactional associate at an international law firm in New York, New York, where she worked on multibillion-dollar acquisitions, note issuances, asset-backed securitizations, and credit facilities.
Before attending law school, Erin worked as a paralegal in the Cardiff, Wales office of a global law firm.
