Flora’s practice focuses on counseling clients on general corporate and securities law matters.

Her experience includes representing clients in initial public offerings and capital market transactions. Flora also has a tax background, and she has advised clients on tax structures for and the tax consequences of transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and fund formation.

Prior to joining Mintz, Flora was an associate at law firms in New York and Boston. During law school, she was part of the Texas International Law Journal and served as a legal intern at Nike.
