Ginny focuses her practice on corporate and securities law and advises public and private companies on a variety of corporate matters. She was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2018.

During law school, Ginny served as a summer associate at a law firm in Seoul, South Korea, where she conducted legal research on banking laws and reviewed due diligence for M&A transactions. She also had a legal internship at the US Department of Education. In law school, she served as associate editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law, a student attorney in the school’s Human Trafficking Clinic, and a researcher in its Civil Rights Litigation Clearinghouse. In addition, she was a development chair for the Asian Pacific American Law Students Association.

Before attending law school, Ginny worked as an English instructor, teaching in Boston and Seoul.
