Iris focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, contract disputes, securities litigation, patent cases, and government investigations. She has experience drafting pleadings and briefs for federal and state cases, assisting with depositions, preparing witnesses for interviews and testimony, and helping clients with government investigations, internal investigations, and compliance reviews. She works with clients in a variety of industries, including technology and financial services.
Prior to joining Mintz, Iris was an associate at a New York-based international law firm, where she worked on a broad range of litigation matters. Earlier, she was a summer associate at that firm.
During law school, Iris had internships with Brooklyn Defender Services, Lawyers for Children, and The Legal Aid Society. At law school, she served as a graduate editor coordinator of the New York University Journal of International Law and Politics, a research assistant, and a co-chair of the board of the school’s Public Interest Mentors Program.
Before law school, Iris worked as a legal assistant in the litigation department of another New York-based global law firm.
