Jeffrey is an attorney in the E-Data Consulting Group, where he concentrates his practice on E-Discovery and litigation support. Leading strategic E-Data initiatives across the firm, he has experience handling a range of complex litigation matters and government investigations. His practice includes reviewing ESI agreements, data collection strategy, document review and production workflows, and consulting on E-Data best practices across the full EDRM model. Additionally, Jeffrey works with a broad range of advanced E-Data analytics and AI tools, and regularly advises case teams and clients on cost-effective defensible E-Data practices.

Prior to working at Mintz, Jeffrey held E-Data project management roles and served as a litigation attorney, managing large-scale E-Discovery databases.

Jeffrey earned his JD from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law. Prior to law school, he earned a BA, magna cum laude, in Political Science with a minor in Hebrew Language and Judaic Studies from the University of Massachusetts Amherst Commonwealth Honors College.

He is based in the Boston office.
