Jennifer represents clients in a wide range of litigation matters, including securities litigation, consumer class actions, and trademark infringement. She has experience representing clients at all stages of litigation.
Jennifer is committed to Mintz’s pro bono and diversity and inclusion efforts. Jennifer is a member of Mintz’ Pro Bono Committee and Minority Attorney (MIATTY) Steering Committee. Most recently, she worked as part of a Mintz team filing an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court interpreting a federal statute affecting women’s right to emergency care.
Prior to joining Mintz, Jennifer was a litigation associate at an international law firm. In law school, Jennifer served as an extern to Associate Justice Goodwin H. Liu of the California Supreme Court. Jennifer also served as a certified law student at UCI Law’s Immigrant Rights Clinic, where she represented clients in bond hearings and drafted an amicus curiae brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
