Jennifer is a litigator whose practice covers diverse areas of business and entertainment litigation, including contractual disputes, trademark infringement, employment discrimination, real estate litigation, and consumer class actions. She has experience handling all stages of litigation, including dispositive motions, discovery, depositions, and trial. Jennifer represents companies in a variety of industries as well as universities and government entities.
Jennifer is committed to Mintz’s pro bono and diversity and inclusion efforts. Jennifer is San Diego office’s representative on the Minority Attorney (MIATTY) Steering Committee.
Prior to joining Mintz, Jennifer was an associate at an international law firm, where she advised clients on a broad spectrum of commercial litigation.
During law school, Jennifer served as an extern to Associate Justice Goodwin H. Liu of the California Supreme Court. Jennifer also served as a certified law student in UCI Law’s Immigrant Rights Clinic, where she represented clients in bond hearings and drafted an amicus curiae brief to the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, which was cited by the Ninth Circuit.
