Jeremy currently represents homebuyers and sellers in a class action against a top New York residential real estate brokerage firm that takes on what the Wall Street Journal called the “thorny issue in real-estate transactions known as dual agency.”

Prior to joining Mintz, Jeremy was a partner at a large litigation firm, where he successfully represented the co-founder of a top-selling beverage company in a trial that proved to be one of the largest corporate valuation proceedings in New York State history. He was also a key member of a trial team that successfully demonstrated in the Court of Federal Claims that the US government exceeded its authority when it took a controlling stake in a global insurance company during the Great Recession. 

Jeremy was recently named to Benchmark Litigation’s “Under 40 Hot List,” an exclusive ranking of the most talented US litigators 40 years of age or younger.

Jeremy earned his JD in 2003 from Northwestern University School of Law, where he was a member of the national trial team. Following graduation from law school, he clerked for the Honorable Joan H. Lefkow of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
