Jessica is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex civil litigation and white-collar investigations.
Prior to joining Mintz, Jessica was a litigation associate with a prominent New York law firm. She also clerked for Chambers of Magistrate Judge Steven I. Locke in the Eastern District of New York.
While earning her law degree, Jessica held several internships, including with Judge Lisa A. Sokoloff in the New York County Supreme Court’s Civil Division and with the Mediation Office in the Southern District of New York. In law school, Jessica was the Senior Notes Editor for the Cardozo Law Review, Volume 39.

Mintz recently filed an amicus brief urging the US Supreme Court to protect access to emergency care for pregnant women under the federal Emergency Medical Treatment and Labor Act (EMTALA) in the consolidated cases Idaho v. United States and Moyle v. United States that the Court will hear on April 24th.
