Joanna focuses her practice on complex commercial litigation, including product liability and breach of contract cases, and disputes involving aviation matters. She has experience with depositions, discovery, drafting motions, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitrations and mediations.
Prior to joining Mintz Levin, she was an associate at a Boston litigation firm, where she worked on product liability and commercial litigation.
While attending law school, Joanna was a summer associate at a Boston litigation firm with a national practice and an intern for the Hon. Juan R. Torruella of the US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She also served as an intern/research assistant for the Boston University School of Law Immigrants’ Rights Clinic and a director of the J. Newton Esdaile Appellate Moot Court Program.
