John focuses his practice on mergers & acquisitions, private equity investments, and other corporate transactions. He worked as a summer associate at Mintz in 2021.

While earning his law degree, John was elected president of the Law Student Association, served as a senior editor of the Boston College Law Review, and led the Boston College Law School Ambassador Program. Additionally, he worked with first-year law students as a teaching assistant for Criminal Law.

Before law school, John worked as a legal assistant for a New York-based boutique litigation firm. He also worked on several campaigns, ranging from the local to federal level, serving in a variety of roles, including as campaign manager in a successful, competitive judicial election.
