
John is a corporate attorney who advises companies and investors on a broad range of commercial issues including agreements, mergers and acquisitions, venture financing, and securities law.
Prior to joining Mintz, John was an associate with a San Francisco-based business law firm where he advised emerging and mid-size businesses on corporate transactions. John also worked in-house at two well-known Bay Area companies. In law school, John was a writer for the Environmental Law Journal.
