John focuses his practice on general corporate matters, including initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.

John was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2019 and interned with the Suffolk County District Attorney’s Office in Boston in the summer of 2018. His experience in law school included working as a law student counselor with the Penn Law Entrepreneurship Legal Clinic and as associate editor and senior editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of Constitutional Law.

Earlier, after completing his undergraduate program in Environmental Science at the University of Michigan, John worked in sales and business development. He is well versed in matters impacting the energy and sustainability sectors.
