Julianne focuses her practice on transactions and other corporate matters. Her clients include a diverse group of business and private clients.
Prior to joining Mintz, Julianne was a corporate attorney in the Boston office of a national law firm, where she handled issues related to business mergers and acquisitions as well as corporate formation and governance. In addition, she wrote a number of articles on tax law, corporate, and business planning issues. Earlier, while working as an associate at another Boston-area law firm, Julianne focused on estate planning and administration.
During law school, Juliane served as a note editor for the Suffolk University Law Review and published a piece entitled, “If the Shoe Fits: Sizing Up the Applicability of IvI Exclusions to the FDIC.”
