
Keunjung focuses her practice on securities offerings, corporate governance, and credit facilities for mutual funds, closed-end funds, and exchange-traded funds as well as formation and structuring of hedge funds and private equity funds.
Prior to joining Mintz, Keunjung was an associate and summer associate of a Philadelphia-based international law firm, where she prepared documents for a variety of securities, governance, and credit matters in the firm’s Boston and New York offices.
While in law school, Keunjung served as a legal intern for the International Foundation for Art Research in New York. She was also a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar and served as an articles editor of the Columbia Journal of Law & the Arts.
