Koye focuses his practice on corporate and securities transactions, public offerings, corporate governance and other general corporate matters. He represents clients in a variety of industries, including financial services, retail & consumer products and sports & entertainment.
Prior to joining Mintz, Koye was a corporate associate in the New York office of a global law firm, where he represented clients in commercial finance transactions including leveraged and acquisition financings, first and second lien secured and unsecured loans, term and revolving loans, loan commitments, securitizations, refinancings and restructurings.
During law school, Koye served as a legal intern for Judge John J. McConnell Jr. of the US District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
