Lauren concentrates her practice on mergers and acquisitions for privately held companies as well as energy and infrastructure M&A and financing. Within the energy and infrastructure sector, she has worked on storage, wind, waste, waste-to-value, solar, and gasification projects.
She also has experience in a variety of other corporate matters. She represents companies, founders, lenders, and borrowers in an array of industries, including power and renewables, technology, defense, life sciences, health care, and retail.
Prior to joining Mintz, Lauren was a corporate associate at a New York law firm.
