Lyndon is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on representing financial institutions and issuers in US and international issuances of debt and equity securities. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, transportation, aviation, and energy & sustainability.

Lyndon has extensive experience with acquisition finance and negotiation, high-yield bonds, international secured bond financing, and restructuring and bankruptcy financing. His practice also encompasses asset-backed financing for aircraft leasing companies and a broad range of convertible bond financing.

Prior to joining Mintz, Lyndon was an associate in the Capital Markets Practice of an international law firm.

Lyndon received his JD from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
