Lyndon is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on project finance and capital markets transactions for domestic and international companies. He represents lenders and borrowers in project financings, and financial institutions and issuers in US and international issuances of debt and equity securities.

Lyndon’s industry experience spans energy and infrastructure, life sciences, manufacturing, transportation, and aviation. He has extensive experience with complex project finance structures, high-yield bonds, international secured bond financing, acquisition finance, and restructuring / bankruptcy financings. His practice encompasses asset-backed financing for aircraft leasing companies and a broad range of convertible bond financing.

Lyndon is a core member of the Mintz team representing the US Department of Energy’s Loan Program Office in multiple project financings ranging from $600 million to more than $3 billion across the solar, storage, virtual powerplants, green buildings, biofuels, and sustainable aviation fuel sectors.

Prior to joining Mintz, Lyndon was an associate at a prominent international law firm focused on capital markets and project finance.

Lyndon received his JD from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
