
Lyndon is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on project finance and capital markets transactions for domestic and international companies. He represents lenders and borrowers in project financings, and financial institutions and issuers in US and international issuances of debt and equity securities.
Lyndon’s industry experience spans energy & infrastructure, life sciences, manufacturing, transportation, and aviation. He has extensive experience with complex project finance structures, high-yield bonds, international secured bond financing, acquisition finance, and restructuring / bankruptcy financings. His practice encompasses asset-backed financing for aircraft leasing companies and a broad range of convertible bond financing
Lyndon is a core member of the Mintz team representing the US Dept of Energy’s Loan Program Office in multiple project financings ranging from $600 million to more than $3 billion across the solar, storage, virtual powerplants, green buildings, biofuels and sustainable aviation fuel sectors.
Prior to Mintz Lyndon was an associate at a prominent international law firm focused on capital markets and project finance.
Lyndon received his JD from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.

Mintz Advises Oppenheimer & Co. and Initial Purchasers in $475M Convertible Senior Notes Offering by WisdomTree

Mintz represented Oppenheimer & Co., as sole book-running manager, and Craig-Hallum Capital Group and Northland Securities, as co-managers, in the private placement of $475 million aggregate principal amount of 4.625% Convertible Senior Notes due 2030 issued by WisdomTree, Inc (NYSE: WT) (“WisdomTree”). The notes were sold to qualified institutional buyers pursuant to Rule 144A under the Securities Act of 1933.
Mintz advised the underwriters in connection with a $69 million public offering by Larimar Therapeutics, Inc. of 21,562,500 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $3.20 per share. The gross proceeds to Larimar from the offering were $69 million before deducting underwriting discounts and commissions and other offering expenses.
Mintz Advises US Department of Energy on $1.67B Loan Guarantee to Montana Renewables

Mintz represented the US Department of Energy (DoE) Loan Programs Office (LPO) in the closing of a $1.67 billion loan guarantee to Montana Renewables, LLC, the largest sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) producer in North America.
Mintz represented the US Department of Energy (DoE) Loan Programs Office (LPO) in the closing of a $1.45 billion loan guarantee to Hanwha Q Cells Georgia, Inc. (QCells), a leading North American crystalline silicon solar manufacturer.
Mintz represented the US Department of Energy’s Loan Programs Office in its conditional commitment for a loan guarantee of up to $1.44 billion to Montana Renewables, LLC. Montana Renewables is an unrestricted subsidiary of Calumet (NASDAQ: CLMT). The deal team was led by Project Development & Finance Chair Ayaz Shaikh, Paul Dickerson, Kris Kirkwood, and Lyndon Plothow.
