Lyndon is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on project finance and capital markets for domestic and international companies. He works with clients in a variety of industries, including energy & sustainability, manufacturing, transportation, and aviation.

Lyndon has extensive experience with project finance, high-yield bonds, project bonds, and restructuring and bankruptcy financing. His practice also encompasses asset-backed financing for aircraft leasing companies and a broad range of convertible bond financings.

Prior to joining Mintz, Lyndon was an associate in the Capital Markets Practice of an international law firm.

Lyndon received his JD from Columbia University School of Law, where he was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
