Margaret’s real estate practice includes representation of clients in the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, and management of commercial real estate projects. Her clients have included owners and operators of shopping centers and other retail spaces, office properties, multiphase projects, mixed-use developments, hospitals and nursing homes, industrial sites, and residential condominium projects.
In her previous position for a Washington, DC law firm, Margaret represented a pension fund and DC-based institutional investment advisor with its portfolio of national real estate assets. From 1999 to 2008, Margaret worked as an Associate and Of Counsel in Mintz's Boston office.
