Max maintains a broad corporate practice, with a particular interest in emerging companies and venture capital. His experience includes venture and seed financings, public and private securities offerings, mergers and acquisitions, and corporate restructurings. 

Max first joined Mintz as a Summer Associate in the corporate group, and went on to work as a Law Clerk at the firm before becoming an Associate.

Max earned his JD from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a merit scholarship recipient. Prior to law school, he earned a BA in philosophy from Haverford College.

Max is based in the Boston office.
