Mo represents public and privately held companies in a broad range of transactions and other corporate and securities law matters.
Prior to joining Mintz, Mo was an associate attorney in the Las Vegas office of a national law firm, where his experience included representing numerous clients in Securities Exchange Act of 1934 reporting compliance matters, representing underwriters in registered debt and equity offerings, and representing companies in acquisitions and divestitures.
In law school, Mo served as editor of the Georgetown Law Technology Review and was a founding member of the Blockchain Society. He also participated in several legal internships, including with the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission’s Division of Market Oversight and with the US Securities and Exchange Commission, where he investigated violations of federal securities laws.
