With two decades of experience in marketing, law practice, journalism, and digital, Polina has worked at a number of top legal, government, and professional services firms in Chicago, Washington, DC, New York, and Germany. Prior to joining Mintz, she held senior positions at several international law firms, where she was integral in guiding strategy to build visibility, strengthen brand, implement marketing technology, and communicate firm culture through digital technology, social media engagement, content marketing, and thought leadership development.
