Pooja is a real estate attorney whose practice focuses on a variety of real estate transactions, including acquisition and disposition of real property, commercial financing, strategic limited liability company and partnership joint ventures and syndications, corporate restructuring, and leasing. She has experience representing commercial real estate investors, property managers, developers and owners of shopping centers, office buildings, multifamily projects, and residential subdivisions in all manner of real estate transactions.

Prior to joining Mintz, Pooja practiced as a real estate associate at other firms in California.
