Sarah focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and leasing.
Prior to joining Mintz, Sarah clerked at a firm in San Bernardino, California, where she concentrated on assisting clients with corporate formation and governance matters. She also previously clerked at a firm in Ontario, California, where she primarily drafted and assisted with the negotiations of municipal contracts between local governments and corporate clients.
While earning her JD, Sarah externed with the ACLU Program on Freedom of Religion and Belief. She also interned with a Seattle-based nonprofit that focuses on advancing land rights reforms for minorities in rural areas around the world. In law school, Sarah served as the lead administrative editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal and the president of the Georgetown Muslim Law Students Association.
Before law school, Sarah worked for the County of Riverside’s Transportation & Land Management Agency, where she served as a liaison between developers and the agency to advance the development of affordable housing in the county. She also worked as a public affairs project manager for a real estate development company and collaborated with local communities to facilitate the development of new projects.
