Sarah focuses her practice on commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions and dispositions, financing, and leasing.
Prior to joining Mintz, Sarah worked as a law clerk for a firm in Pasadena, California, which primarily serves the health care industry. In that role, she drafted and negotiated contracts, prepared litigation materials, and assisted with discovery.
While earning her JD, Sarah served as a summer law clerk at two firms. She concentrated on assisting clients with corporate formation and governance matters at a firm in San Bernadino, California, and on creating municipal contracts between local governments and corporate clients at an Ontario, California–based firm. She also served as an extern for the ACLU Program on Freedom of Religion and Belief and interned with a Seattle-based nonprofit that focuses on advancing land rights reforms in rural areas around the world. In law school, Sarah served as the lead administrative editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal.
Before law school, Sarah worked for the County of Riverside Transportation & Land Management Agency, serving as a liaison between developers and the TLMA director on affordable housing issues. She was also a public affairs project manager for a real estate development company in California.
