Savannah advises employers across industries on compliance with the complex federal, state, and local employment laws. She counsels clients on a wide range of workplace issues, including discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims, as well as matters involving restrictive covenants and wage and hour disputes.

At Mintz, Savannah serves on the firm’s Associate Committee, fostering communication between firm leadership and Associates. She also maintains an active pro bono practice, focusing on civil rights work.

Before law school, Savannah worked as a legal assistant in the Environmental Enforcement Section of the U.S. Department of Justice. She also gained experience through internships with the U.S. Department of Justice Civil Rights Division – Employment Litigation Section, the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, and the Massachusetts Commission Against Discrimination.

During law school, Savannah served as co-president of the Public Interest Law Foundation and represented Boston College Law School on a national constitutional law moot court team. She was also honored at the Richard S. Sullivan Commencement Award for contribution and service to the law school community.
