Stephanie’s practice focuses on corporate and securities law matters, including the representation of issuers and underwriters in life sciences industry capital markets transactions. She also advises public companies with regard to corporate governance matters, including certificates of incorporation, bylaws, corporate resolutions, and general corporate policies.

Prior to joining Mintz, Stephanie served as a summer associate in our New York office. While in law school, she was a legal associate to corporate counsel for COTY Inc., a global beauty products manufacturer. There, she drafted licensing agreements, conducted brand trademark audits, and handled trademark infringement claims. As an undergraduate at Northwestern University, Stephanie clerked for the Cook County State Attorney’s Office in Chicago, conducting research on a variety of cases.
