Taylor is a litigator who focuses her practice on complex commercial disputes.

While attending law school, Taylor served as a legal intern with the US Department of Labor’s Office of the Solicitor, gaining experience with dispositive motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation. She also interned with a global law firm, where she focused on corporate and health law matters, and a professional athletes’ union, a role that involved assisting with agreements, contracts, and labor matters. In addition, Taylor served as a summer associate with an international labor and employment law firm. 

In law school, Taylor served on the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law, the Dean’s Advisory Council on Diversity, and in the school’s Securities Litigation and Arbitration Clinic. She also volunteered with the Unemployment Action Center and held numerous leadership roles with bar associations. These positions included director of membership of the National Bar Association Law Students’ Division, New York metro sub-regional director of the Northeast Black Law Students Association, and a law student liaison of the Metropolitan Black Bar Association. She received the Archibald R. Murray Award for Public Service.
