Will is a corporate attorney who focuses his practice on complex energy and infrastructure transactions. He represents borrowers, lenders, developers, project companies, holding companies, financial institutions, infrastructure funds, sponsors, private equity firms, and strategic clients.
Will has extensive experience drafting and negotiating documents, including credit, collateral, and intercreditor agreements, guarantees, board resolutions, and corporate organizational documents. He also regularly advises lenders and creditors on intercreditor structures and issues involving syndication and the perfection of shared collateral. His practice also encompasses counseling clients on joint ventures, reorganizations of project company portfolios, debt and equity financings, and refinancings.
Prior to joining Mintz, Will practiced at two global law firms, most recently as an energy & infrastructure debt finance associate.
