William focuses his practice on corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and venture capital financings, as well as general corporate matters. He works with public and private companies in a broad range of industries, including health care. William was a Summer Associate at Mintz in 2022.

While earning his JD, William worked as a legal intern for a major Massachusetts hospital and health care services organization. In that role, he conducted legal research and prepared memoranda on a variety of issues, including health care regulation and compliance, medical licensure and malpractice, and workers' compensation. He also provided support on litigation and contractual matters and assisted in the development and rollout of a systemwide enterprise risk management program.
