Wills focuses his practice on corporate transactions, securities law compliance, and corporate governance. He has experience representing sponsors, issuers, and underwriters in special purpose acquisition company (SPAC) and de-SPAC offerings and handling IPOs and mergers & acquisitions. He also advises US and international companies on governance and securities law matters. Wills represents clients in a variety of industries, including financial services.

Prior to joining Mintz, Wills was a capital markets associate at a global law firm, where he worked on a broad range of transactions and advised clients on governance and securities law matters. Earlier, he was a corporate associate at an international law firm.

While attending law school, Wills worked as a summer associate at a New York City–based law firm.
