Yarazel focuses her practice on complex commercial and real estate litigation. She also maintains an active pro bono practice.
During law school, Yarazel served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Cynthia Bashant of the United States District Court for the Southern District of California. She was also a Mintz Summer Associate in 2016 and 2017. She spent a year with the University of San Diego Civil Clinic, where she represented clients in court hearings and received the clinic’s “Outstanding Clinic Intern of the Year” award. In her final year of law school, Yarazel was president of the Public Interest Law Foundation.
Before law school, Yarazel served as a JusticeCorps member with the Legal Aid Society of San Diego. She was also a judicial fellow in the Capital Fellows Program, where she helped establish a veterans treatment court for Butte County.
