Alishba is an experienced corporate and securities attorney with a particular emphasis on representing global investment banks and issuers in public and private capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, and private placements of equity securities. Alishba advises companies through every stage of the corporate life cycle on general corporate, securities law, and corporate governance matters. She is also familiar with the preparation of SEC filings including proxy statements, forms 10-K, 10-Q, and 8-K, and has drafted and negotiated various transaction documents.

Earlier in her career, Alishba was a legal extern at the US Bankruptcy Court of the Central District of California, where she drafted legal opinions and researched issues pursuant to the US Bankruptcy Code, particularly with respect to Chapter 11 corporate reorganizations.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Alishba practiced at an international law firm in New York.
