Candice’s practice primarily focuses on complex commercial litigation, with an emphasis on commercial disputes and product liability class actions. She has worked with a wide range of clients, including major corporations and high-net-worth individuals and has experience with all phases of case assessment and management during the litigation process, such as pre-trial and trial strategy, motion practice, taking and defending depositions, and brief-writing and various written work-products.

Candice has represented clients in New York State trial and appellate courts, federal trial and appellate courts, and federal agencies in arbitration, investigations, compliance, and enforcement actions, in addition to various white collar and regulatory enforcement matters.

Prior to joining Mintz Levin, Candice served as a law clerk for the Honorable Andrew L. Carter, Jr., in the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York. There she prepared draft opinions, crafted jury inquiries, and advised the court during conferences, hearings, oral arguments, and trials.
