Cassie’s practice focuses on working with entrepreneurs, start-up companies, and multinational companies on employment-based immigration matters, which includes the processing of E, H, J, L, and TN nonimmigrant visa petitions, outstanding researcher and extraordinary ability petitions, labor certification applications, and adjustment of status applications. Cassie is also involved in Mintz Levin’s Domestic Violence Project, which provides direct legal assistance to low-income victims of domestic violence and legislative advocacy. She has contributed to other pro bono endeavors, including the Lawyers Clearinghouse, providing a variety of legal services to nonprofit organizations in Boston.

Cassie’s experience in immigration legal matters includes having served in internships for the Boston Immigration Court and the Loyola University Stuart H. Smith Law Clinic and Center for Social Justice.
